Cindy Machado has over 30 years experience coaching & mentoring entrepreneurial women.

She built a multi-million dollar team made up of over 300 women nationwide reaching over 16 million in retail sales over the last 25 years. Her ability to see the strengths and individual gifts inside each client is her superpower. Customized coaching/mentorship is what you can expect from Cindy.

Cindy believes that relationship is everything when it comes to connection and influence. She specializes in relationship building and conflict resolution. Because of her success in business and her ability to bring out the best in the people she connects with, Cindy is now regularly invited to speak and teach at retreats and conferences all over the country with her message of hope and the tools for her audience to achieve personal breakthrough.

We at Face It deliver full circle consulting and coaching to individuals, entrepreneurs and business leaders. This model includes coaching using Gallup Strengths Finder and the Enneagram assessment, creating a marketing strategy to grow or revise the clients brand, a training and team building plan to increase retention and productivity plus create systems to streamline business task, communication and more!
